This Partner program will run for the period of one year commencing on the date stated thereof, renewable upon agreement of both parties.
I. e-MBM contribution to Partner will be as follows:
- Promote the Partner through the following medium.
- Web promotion
- Inclusion in any collateral/print ads that may come out which is sales and service oriented.
- Provide sales, product training to your sales staff and provide technical pre-installation training to your staff.
- Provide partners with licensed goods and deliver within the reasonable time frame of five (5) working days. Cost of freight, courier outside Metro Manila shall be borne by the Partner.
- Provide reasonable collaterals such as posters, flyers and promotional items when available.
- Provide partner with dealer discount pricing as indicated in the attached price list. e-MBM may at any time revise the price list.
II. Partner contribution will be as follows:
- Display collaterals provided by e-MBM
- Commit optimum efforts to reach the highest possible levels of sales and promotion of the product and related services, and to satisfy market demand.
- Participate lincensed in all sales and technical training by sending representatives who can reecho the training to your staff.
- Promote licensed copies of QuickBooks and will not participate in selling pirated copies nor engaged in unauthorized copying of the program/software.
- Provide information of unauthorized copying and re-selling of QuickBooks
- Will not register or use Trademark, Domain Name or Trade Name of QuickBooks or any other name without the permission of e-MBM.
